Not the right fit? Return any device within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in the condition they arrived in, with all included accessories. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we’ve inspected the return.

Every device is covered for 60 days against hardware defects — battery, screen, buttons, ports, and cameras. If something we tested fails on its own, we’ll repair it or replace it at no cost. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs.

Email us at support@refurbdrop.com with your order number and we’ll send a prepaid return label within one business day. Pack the device securely with everything it came with, drop it off, and we’ll email you once your refund or replacement is processed. For Apple devices, please sign out of your Apple ID and turn off Find My before returning. For Samsung devices, please log out of your Samsung account and turn off Find My Mobile. Failure to do so will result in a delay of your refund.

Every order ships free via FedEx 2-Day. Need it sooner? Next Day shipping is available for $19.99 for the first item plus $6.99 for each additional item. PO Box and military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses ship via USPS Priority.

*Orders over $500 require an adult signature on delivery. Orders over $1,000 automatically include $9.99 shipping insurance.
